Olga performs every service in the studio — manicure, pedicure, Gel Overlay, extensions and nail art. Eight years of professional practice sit behind the technical work, and seven years of formal art-school training behind the hand-painted work.
She trained at two Ukrainian professional nail schools, KASYA Nail Club and Victoria Avdeeva School, and the e-file work rests on a specific 80-hour course rather than on general experience.
The podology certificate is named as it appears on the document. Our pedicures are cosmetic foot-care services performed with professional equipment and a hygiene-first protocol. We work only with superficial, uncomplicated conditions. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions and refer anything outside our scope to a physician, podiatrist or foot-care nurse.
We speak English and Russian. Ukrainian-speaking clients are welcome — our technician understands Ukrainian and answers in Russian or English.

Booking is required as a rule. Walk-ins are accepted only when a technician is available. Roughly ten to fifteen minutes of lateness is absorbed; beyond that we may shorten the service by dropping design elements, because the preparation is not the part to rush.
At the end of the appointment you get aftercare, the timing for your next visit and the terms of the five-day fix. Photographs of the finished work are emailed roughly six to eight days later.
Olga Palamarenco, our technician, does every service, with eight years of professional nail work. She trained at the Ukrainian professional nail schools KASYA Nail Club and Victoria Avdeeva School and holds an eighty-hour e-file certification. She completed a seven-year fine arts program in Bendery, Moldova, earning a diploma in drawing, painting, composition, colour theory and decorative arts. She keeps learning from leading European nail artists, in person and remotely, and works to a standard of top-tier quality comparable to European standards.
No. One technician, one client at a time: the studio does not run parallel appointments. Up to four people can be in the room, which covers anyone you bring with you; children, pets, food and alcohol are not allowed.
Yes. Red Orchid is AHS-inspected and operates under Alberta Personal Services Standards, and every autoclave cycle is logged to those standards.
