The honest answer starts with a boundary. Nothing is worked over an open or bleeding crack, over inflammation, infection or pus, or anywhere that working the area could open it further. If that is what you have, this is not the appointment for it.
Closed, non-bleeding deeper cracks are a different case. Where the technician judges the area safe, they can be worked cautiously and gradually — not taken down in one sitting. That is Advanced Sole Care: staff-added after assessment, explained and agreed with you before it happens, priced at your appointment rather than in advance, and only where the extra time is available on the day.
What our technician can tell you is what she has seen herself. In eight years of practice she has repeatedly seen selected closed, non-bleeding deeper cracks improve substantially across two or three gradual visits, where the client also applies foot cream daily.
That is her own observation of cosmetic skin condition, not a medical outcome and not a promise. It does not hold for every client and it is never guaranteed. Anyone with bleeding, inflammation, a suspected infection or significant pain should seek appropriate medical care first.
