Both zones. One price.
Our complete pedicure at C$72: all ten toes, full sole work by disc, then warm towels, scrub, cream massage and oil. Performed dry throughout. Coating and design stay separate, so the price covers the treatment and nothing you did not ask for.
Spa Pedicure is C$72 and runs 65–80 min. It is the complete version of our pedicure: every toe, both zones, and the warm-towel finish — booked as one appointment, with any extra work explained and agreed with you before it is done.
The service includes:
Gel polish or shellac, removal and design are separate addons. Paraffin Therapy is C$20 for feet, C$30 with hands. Book a manicure in the same visit and the pair takes 5% off.
One appointment, two zones, in a fixed order — and a price confirmed before any of it starts.
The estimated price and duration are confirmed with you before work begins. If something is found that needs more time or a different material, it is discussed and agreed before it is done — never added to the bill afterwards. Your kit is opened from a new sealed pouch in front of you.
Two pedicures, and the difference is scope, not quality. Spa Pedicure is everything: both zones, plus the warm towels, the scrub, the scrub massage, the cream massage and the oil. Russian Pedicure is the same standard of work with the scope chosen by you — Complete (Toe Nails + Sole Care) at C$47, Toe Nails only at C$18, or Sole Care only at C$29 — and without the extended care stage at the end.
If your feet are generally fine and one area is the problem, Russian Pedicure is the honest answer and it costs less. If you want the complete treatment, or you are not sure which zone is the issue, book Spa. The technician will tell you at the appointment if you have over-booked, and adjust.

Our pedicures are cosmetic foot-care services performed with professional equipment and a hygiene-first protocol. We work only with superficial, uncomplicated conditions. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions and refer anything outside our scope to a physician, podiatrist or foot-care nurse.
Spa and Russian Pedicure reach the same point by the same route. Both are worked dry, on the same devices, with single-use abrasives and the same sterilization protocol, and both cover the toes and the soles when you book Russian Pedicure — Complete. Up to that point there is no difference to describe.
What Spa adds comes after it: two warm towels, a scrub, a short scrub massage, then two to three minutes of cream massage across the feet and lower calves, and cuticle oil. That extended care stage is the whole of the difference between Russian Pedicure — Complete and Spa Pedicure, and it is the reason a Spa appointment reserves 65–80 min rather than the time the zones alone would take.
It is the finish to a technical treatment rather than the treatment. Coating, removal and nail design remain separate line items on both services, so choosing Spa does not commit you to colour.

No. A medical pedicure means foot care delivered by a nurse, a podiatrist or another qualified health professional, and we are none of those. Red Orchid is a cosmetic foot-care studio.
What that rules in: mild cracks, mild calluses and corns, ordinary hardened skin, safe thinning and shortening of thickened nails, and a limited number of moderate areas. What it rules out: open or bleeding cracks, inflammation, infection or pus, deep corn cores, and anything the technician does not judge safe for cosmetic work.
Where you need someone else, we say so and point you to the right person — a family doctor or dermatologist for fungus, infection, warts or an unexplained skin or nail change; a podiatrist for a painful or advanced ingrown nail, a deep corn, a marked deformity or partial nail removal; a doctor or diabetic foot-care nurse for diabetes, reduced sensation, poor circulation, ulcers or non-healing damage.
The disc has to grip: on dry skin it works cleanly and predictably, which lets the technician judge how much has come off and stop at the right point. Pedicures here are done dry, with no foot soak. Chemical callus removers are not part of the standard Sole Care technique.
We do not perform a pedicure over active infection, bleeding, ulceration, pus, significant swelling, an open wound, or a painful inflamed ingrown nail.
Diabetes alone is not an automatic refusal. Reduced sensation, impaired circulation, non-healing damage or other elevated-risk factors may require medical clearance first.
Where there is no pain, wound, swelling or infection, the technician may carefully clean the free edge and the lateral nail groove. We do not cut the corner deeply and we do not claim to treat an ingrown nail. At any sign of inflammation the client is referred to a physician or podiatrist.
It follows the feet, not the calendar. While a marked condition is being brought down, roughly every two weeks; at moderate condition, about three; once the skin has stabilized, five to six weeks is the honest interval.
With regular care, feet may gradually need less intensive work — the pattern we plan around, not a promise. Coating runs on its own schedule, and it is always booked as part of a pedicure, never on its own.
Every tool goes through mechanical cleaning, an ultrasound wash, hospital-grade disinfectant and steam autoclave sterilization, and your kit is opened from a new sealed pouch in front of you. Files and buffers are single-use, and pedicure abrasives are single-use on sterilized metal bases. Nothing is worked over infection, an open wound or an inflamed ingrown nail.
Each pedicure is priced with its time in the table on this page. Spa Pedicure includes everything; Russian Pedicure is priced by scope: Complete, Toe Nails only or Sole Care only. Advanced Sole Care is never priced in advance or booked on its own: it is added only after assessment, explained and agreed at your appointment. Your estimated total is confirmed before any work starts.
