The Flawless Russian Manicure is the full expression of what our studio does: combination e-file preparation and precise shaping, worked so close to the cuticle line that when a coating goes on afterwards, regrowth takes weeks to show. If your plate is thin or damaged, the technician says so before starting and proposes a restorative plan instead of forcing a coating that will not hold. This appointment is the preparation: gel colour is Gel Manicure and reinforcement is Gel Overlay, each added to this same manicure rather than replacing it.
Most manicures are built around a time slot. This one is built around the result. The preparation is done dry, with an e-file — no soaking, no swollen skin, no guesswork. Dry skin shows the technician exactly where dead tissue ends and live tissue begins, which is what makes millimetre-precise cuticle work possible in the first place.
Then comes the part almost nobody is straight about: correction. Nails grow downward, hook, or pull sideways — that is normal, and it is fixable, but it is not fixable with preparation alone. Correcting architecture needs gel material, so it happens when this manicure is combined with Gel Manicure, Gel Overlay or Extensions. Routine shape correction is included either way; if a set needs exceptional additional work, the technician may charge extra, explained and agreed with you before it begins. The coating is levelled to a proper apex, so the finished nail is strong where it takes stress and thin where it should be light.
Worried the e-file will hurt? It should not — light touch and vibration is all you feel, and the technician stops if anything is uncomfortable. Every tool comes out of a sealed indicator pouch, opened at your table, after ultrasound cleaning, disinfection, and a steam autoclave cycle.
Durability is chemistry plus architecture. A flexible base moves with the nail instead of fighting it; colour sealed under the cuticle line means regrowth stays invisible longer; a properly built apex spreads everyday impact instead of concentrating it. With gel polish over this preparation, expect two to three weeks, and book the next visit inside three weeks. Long nails often need an earlier return, usually within two and a half to three weeks.
And if a chip or lift appears within five days, the fix is free, on up to three nails.
